I think in order to get to do what you love, which is this incredibly positive thing, there are drawbacks. Like, I had to stop reading any gossipy article written about me for the last two years because it would hurt my feelings so much if it was not true. So what I kind of had to do was realize “That’s not me. That’s someone else. They’re writing about a character because none of those people know me.” And I think that’s the drawback. Your privacy is completely gone. And I asked for it because I could be singing in a coffee house somewhere. But I asked to be at this level. And theres gonna be a drawback to whatever path you take in life. I try to handle it as positively as I can.
